I'm a big foodie! I love to try all kinds of healthy foods and drinks. My health is extremely important to me, I care a lot about what ingredients I put into my body. This page of food and drinks are chosen by the quality of the product and how clean and simple the ingredients are. The order of the lists are my opinion on what is the highest quality product. If the products contain all the same ingredients, the lists will then go by taste and/or experience consuming them. Please keep in mind that though I have tried many different products, I have certainly not tried every single one of them. Also keep in mind that brands are constantly changing and evolving. I will do my best to keep up with everything. Feel free to reach out to me with different suggestions. Majority of the items below can be found in your local grocery stores. Biltong:

Note: Biltong is the term that describes air dried beef. It's an all natural process of preserving meat that originated in South Africa. This unique air-dried process is centuries old and ensures that the beef retains its full flavor, tenderness, and nutritional integrity.

Almond Butter:

Note: Almond butter should only have one ingredient, almonds.

Note: I recommend making sure the mayo has solely avocado oil as the oil base.

Note: Apples have plenty of natural sugar as it is, I recommend choosing applesauce that is free of any added sugars.
